Pricing

What affects the cost

We do not publish fixed prices, because guessing at a number before seeing the job helps nobody. Here is what actually drives it.

  • Floor area and the density of power and lighting required
  • Existing supply capacity and switchboard condition
  • Single or three phase requirements
  • Ceiling type, height and access equipment needed
  • Build program, staging and out-of-hours requirements
  • Landlord, base building and site induction requirements

You get a quote first. We will talk through what the job involves and what it costs before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Questions

Shop & Factory Fit-Outs FAQs

Straight answers to what people ask us most about this service.

Can you quote from a shopfitter's drawings?

Yes. Send through the plans and electrical layout and we'll price the scope. If the drawings are light on detail we'll tell you what assumptions we've made so there are no surprises later.

Do you do industrial and high voltage work?

We carry out electrical installation and fit-out work for factories, warehouses and workshops. Specialist industrial and high voltage capability isn't something we'll claim without confirming it fits your specific requirement — tell us what's involved and we'll give you a straight answer.

Can you work to our builder's program?

Yes — working alongside other trades to a set program is normal on fit-outs. Give us the dates and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit them.
